About Berries World of Learning School (Bukit Timah)
Berries World of Learning School's Bukit Timah outlet is for families who want their child to enjoy Chinese, not just get through it.
Berries is a Chinese specialist with 19 outlets across Singapore, teaching pre-school and primary children. It started from a simple question: why should learning Chinese feel like a chore, when the language is so rich? Its classes aim to give children happy memories of learning the language as well as solid results.
How the centre teaches
Children are placed in classes that match their level. From Primary 1 there are Chinese and High Potential Chinese classes, and from Primary 3 a third, Elite Chinese, for children working towards Higher Chinese. Lessons use differentiated teaching, personal support and the centre's own learning tools and materials, with a particular focus on composition writing.
